In this video Dr Babu Manohar performs Robotic Assisted Thyroidectomy for a 19 year old female at Apollo Hospital Chennai. The patient is placed in supine position. He places the patient's right arm cephalad to expose his/her axilla area. He also rests the patient's arm at approximately 25 degrees above the table in an arm board, a shoulder role is kept between the patient's shoulder blades.
